Our Policies

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request all guests to follow these house rules. Your cooperation helps us maintain the warmth and tranquillity of our estate.

Check‑in & Check‑out

Check‑in: 12:00 PM · Check‑out: 11:00 AM

Early check‑in / late check‑out available on request, subject to availability.
Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and all indoor areas.

Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Smoking indoors will result in a ₹5,000 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the homestay.

Service animals are welcome with prior intimation.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you require a service animal.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Please keep noise levels low during quiet hours to respect other guests.
Music and loud conversations are not permitted outdoors after 10:00 PM.

Visitors & Guests

Day visitors are allowed only with prior permission.

Visitors are not permitted in rooms after 8:00 PM.
Overnight guests must be registered at the time of booking.

Pool & Recreation

Pool timings: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Glass containers and food are not permitted near the pool.
Please shower before entering the pool.

Dining & Meals

Meals are served at fixed times in our dining hall.

Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
Outside food is not permitted in rooms.

Safety & Security

Your safety is our top priority.

Always lock your room when leaving.
Do not leave valuables unattended. Use the in‑room safe.
Follow all safety instructions displayed on the property.
In case of emergency, dial 082771 79871 immediately.

Eco‑Friendly Practices

We are committed to sustainable tourism.

Please conserve water and electricity during your stay.
Avoid single‑use plastics — we provide reusable alternatives.
Segregate waste. We have separate bins for recyclables and organics.
Do not pick flowers or damage plants in the gardens.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
Please report any accidental damage immediately.
The homestay is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Parking Guidelines

Complimentary parking is available for all guests.

Park only in designated areas.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
Please do not block other vehicles or pathways.

Children Policy

Children are welcome at Red Rock Homestay.

Children below 5 years stay free (max 2 per room).
Children 5–12 years are charged as per the child tariff.
Children above 12 years are considered adults.
Parents are responsible for their children's safety at all times.

These house rules are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We reserve the right to ask guests who repeatedly violate these rules to leave the property without a refund. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
